THE FINE PRINT

Multiple Day Trip Cancellations
More than 45 days before departure – we will refund the trip cost less a $20 cancellation fee.
Less than 45 days before departure - No refund - You may have someone replace you but you must advise J.L. Tours in writing of his or her name, address and telephone number. If you do not have a person to replace you, we will make every effort to fi nd someone on our stand-by list. If we cannot fi nd someone, then you will forfeit your cost. J.L. Tours, LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure if less than sufficient number of people make reservations. In this case, full refunds will be made. All trip cancellations (on multiple day trips) will be made 30 days in advance.

One Day Trips
All one-day trips must be paid in full to confirm reservation. No Refunds – you may send a substitute or we will try to replace you from a stand-by list. We do not guarantee a replacement.

Pick Up Points
Pickup points vary with each trip. Please call for most up to date information.

Returned Checks
There will be a $20.00 service charge.

Charge By Phone
$1.00 service charge applies on all credit transactions.

Casino Bonuses
All casino bonuses are subject to change without notice.

Reservations
Your deposit confirms your reservation. When sending in your deposit by mail, be sure to include your name, address, telephone number and date of the trip. A receipt for your deposit will be mailed to you. It will show your seat assignment, pickup point and date that we need final payment. A final receipt with luggage tags (if overnight), pickup info and departure times will be sent with final payment for trip.

Bus Facts
All buses will be air-conditioned luxury motor coaches with restrooms. All seats are assigned as deposits are received starting from the front of the bus to the rear. We will try to accommodate special requests unless the seat has already been assigned. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
